How it works
From brief to bedroom.
Most headboards take 4–6 weeks from confirmed brief. The first conversation is the most important, once we know the bed, the room and the fabric, the rest follows.
- 01Brief
A short call or email to talk through the bed, the room and the look you have in mind.
- 02Sample
Select from the studio fabrics, customise your own direction or bring your own fabric.
- 03Build
Frame, padding and upholstery, either plain or with single or double-edge piping.
- 04Collection
Wrapped and ready for collection from the current studio in Hawke’s Bay. Delivery charges are estimated upfront and then quoted once final address is confirmed.

A few things people often ask. If your question isn't here, send it through via email.
- Can I supply my own fabric?
- Yes most certainly. Allow 3–4m for a queen, more for stripes and patterns that need matching. I can also source through Warwick, James Dunlop, Textilia and a handful of smaller mills.
- How is it mounted?
- Each headboard is floor-standing, sitting between the bed frame and the wall. No fixings, no drilling — easy to move when you rearrange the room.
- Can you match an existing piece?
- Often, yes. Send a photo and a measurement, I’ll come back with what’s possible and what isn’t.
